Broadband activation delays

14 working days and counting.  Its been a long saga of incorrectly cancelled orders and actions being blocked by computer errors.  Assured yesterday that I would have broadband by Friday 4th, but this morning another problem with the ordering process has cropped up.  I've lost the will to live.

I do apologise for the delays in getting your broadband service active.

It looks like those problems have now been resolved and we've got your broadband order in place. As soon as it's confirmed in the Openreach systems we'll be requesting our suppliers to fast track it.
