I received my router 14th of march and did not hook it up as instructed since I did not receive a broadband activation date, this morning however I received a very puzzling message from Plusnet saying my order is in progress and should be completed by 15/03. this was obviously last week, so I tried to test it anyways and it says no broadband available. can someone please just tell me the expected date of activation? thanks.
Fixed! Go to the fix.
Is the router still connected/powered up? I've made some changes our side that I'm hoping have helped.
