Hi there - first time post and a new Plusnet customer.
Throughout the communication process I have been notified that my service would be activated tomorrow (10/08/2017) however, when I have logged in on the plusnet website, it states it will be active on the 11/08/2017.
What is the reasoning behind this? Seems odd to email and text me a number of times with one date and then it being different online.
Sorry about the confusion here. The service should go live at any point up to midnight today. I think you're advised via the order tracker on the Member Centre of the 11th August just to allow time for the order to complete.
