Broadband activation date "{strCustActivationDate}"

Hi there
I have just had my phone line connected and activated earlier today, I just attempted to check when the fiber would be up and running though the order tracker but it doesn't have a date just "{strCustActivationDate}".
Is there an issue with my order or just a bug on the website? Either way knowing when the fiber is due to be activated would be very helpful.

Ahh sorry I had completely forgotten I posted here, yes all is fine got activated the same day as my phone thank you. Sorry if I caused you any extra work.
