I've just set up an account with you and thought at some point you would request a date to activate services, we are not moving into the property until 6th of May and currently there are other tenants living there, so we need our service activation pushed back if possible?
We don't want to mess up the current tenants wifi / broadband before they leave!
welcome to the forum You'll tend to get the first available date for installation which is provided by PN's supplier OpenReach. You're probably best calling up to try and sort this out, but be prepared for a bit a of wait on hold
