Broadband activation date past - no router arrived

My new broadband service was supposed to be activated today, but I haven't received my router.  Also, I received a letter from my existing provider a couple of weeks ago, but it only made reference to switching my phone line, not my broadband.

 

Have tried to make contact via live chat and phone but neither are available.  Can someone get in touch with me to let me know what's happening please?

Update - managed to get through on the phone.  Broadband order hadn't gone through properly, so waiting for a new activation date.
