I placed an order for broadband yesterday and asked for an activation date of 15/09/2020.
I have received a text message from Plusnet to say that my broadband is due to become active on 26/08/2020.
Can this be altered so my service starts on the requested date? This is to prevent termination charges with my current broadband provider.
I have tried phoning customer services but they cannot connect me to anyone!
