Advised yesterday to call to speak to tech team as they may be able to help with configuring my existing Sky router to give service until new router arrives.
Tried numerous times since to call and each time unsuccesful
Can the tech team call me to get this resolved?

I'm sorry to see you've not received your hardware as of yet. i can see this is showing as dispatched on the system and therefore I'd expect this to be with you very shortly.
I'm afraid Sky actually lock their routers so we're unable to configure them to work with our service.
