Hello, I had advised you I was moving house on 9th October giving ample time to transfer the Broadband and Phone line. This was not done. Which I then chased again on 26th October to be told the order was cancelled and you needed to order again, which was then told this would take 7-10 days - this service was appalling as I need the broadband to carry out my employment. I was then advised that the live date would be 2nd November, which has now arrived and yet still no phoneline no broadband!!! This is terrible, I am unable to contact anyone as the online chat is switched off!!!!! I would need this rectifying today!
