Broadband Past Activation due date

Hi,
I ordered Unlimited Fibre Broadband + Phone. The phone works fine and my router has arrived but no email/text yet that my broadband has been activated. When I check the status of my order it seems to have stuck on "Checking Your Line". Can anyone help unstick this and activate my broadband ?
