Broadband Order Delayed

Set up order on to transfer Phone and Broadband from BT then received message transfer day was to be 29/9/18 and on 22/9/18 received text that 'Broadband Order has been delayed' - but no explanation and a number to call that I have tried several times and has a waiting time from 30 mins to 1 hr?

Also had problem when I set up the account - as I was billed for more than the internet offer we sorted this via a very lengthy telephone conversation.

I am beginning to question whether I ever should have left BT - for what I thought was bad service and poor customer care!

A simple email explaining why the order has been delayed and when its likely to be completed would have been so helpful!
