I am new to Plusnet
I have just had an engineer call out to put me a line in, he said he wasn't qualified to do the installation (flat roof / telegraph pole) i have just had an email from Plusnet saying they will need to charge me again to send another engineer
Whats the charge for i haven't had anything done
They had all the information
Tried ringing them
On line chat not available
Email is a no no
Paid up front
What a great start
