I set up an account back in June but still have received no confirmation regarding my activation date and no router. I set up the account back in June. This is a student property so access to internet is necessary.
A warm welcome to the forums. I'm wondering if there are issues within BT Openreach … who might have cancelled the orders raised for you, but the notification for that has not come across "cleanly" into Plusnet.
