The router is orange, so cannot connect. Tried resetting it, its blue then back to orange. 

 

Is there someone your end that can check if my broadband has been activated please? I think this will rule out quite a lot if it hasn't been. Its a good starting point.

@claredscott001 I'm not PN staff, just a Community member who tries to help where possible. Your picture a few posts back showed a connected service, so what has changed?

Also, just a thought, what is showing in the Hub in the screenshot showing this:

Hi, as I said in my previous post it's now orange. Restarted the router twice now, still orange.

I'm sorry I'm not a router specialist, which is why I'm asking if someone call tell me if my broadband has been activated yet.

I don't want to sound rude but I'm self employed and this is taking too much of my time up. I have lots of orders to make.

I'm really disappointed that no one can tell me if my Internet has been activated or not.

I don't want sound rude either, but as I said, I'm not PN staff, just someone who tries to help to the best of my ability. PN staff response on here is averaging two days, which is why I (and other Community members) try to help.

You can still access the Hub interface even if you can't access the internet, so can you answer my question in my previous post?
