Hi Broadband activation date was 28/03 but broadband has not been activated Spoke to someone in retentions on 29/03 who advised to call customer services on Monday. Couldn’t get through to cs on Monday Haven’t received a text or email update Wondering if anyone can help find out when my bb is due to be activated. Thanks
