Broadband - 1 month has passed and still waiting

I ordered broadband a month ago. Plusnet notified me that there had been an issue with switching service from the previous provider but it was 2 weeks ago. I've been trying to get updates but their online chat isn't available, I refused to reply email queries, and their support line is always busy and kept asking me to call back next day... Is there any way to contact them?
