Hi, I ordered fibre broadband on the 23rd of July but have barely had any updates since. After calling I got an email on the 6th saying my order has been placed (After 2 weeks?) and I will be getting an activation date with 48 hours but have not received it nor has my router been sent out and I also raised a ticket with no reply.
I do apologise for the lack of communication. I have had a look through your account to check the current order in process and noticed issues that needs addressing. I have you an email in regards to this.
