BT cancelled and 2 day gap with no internet

Plusnet assured me they would handle the transfer from BT to them smoothly. However our BT internet has now been switched off and our Plusnet doesn't activate until midnight tomorrow. We are both working from home so 2 days without internet is really problematic. When we signed up, Plusnet said our internet would become active today. Is there any way to get this fixed?

Don't panic , in Plusnet speak, by midnight tomorrow really means by 00:00 tomorrow! I.e anytime today
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
