  • I ordered BT Sport HD yesterday only to be told after I'd input the viewing card details I'd have to have a new one sent out which could take a week?

Also if it's not required that it's going to be 48 hours to turn it on.

 

I used to be with BT and it would be activated within an hour or two. I'm now going to miss the game I signed up for. Bit of a con TBH

Hi @Sian2909,

I am sorry to hear about the issue that you had faced. If you have an existing viewing card then it would take 48 hours to process the provisioning for BT Sport. I would advise purchasing the package at least a few days before any game that you are wanting to watch.
