BB not active after due date, no method of contact plusnet currently?

BB not active after due date, no method of contact plusnet currently?

I have a new connection that was due to go active on 1st April. The plusnet fibre hub is displaying an orange light with an orange 'b' symbol also.
The plusnet chat is not operating and when I ring their phone lines I am getting a message saying they are not taking calls?
Does anyone know how I can get in touch with this company to rectify this? Most companies seem to be able to work remotely during the current crisis but seemingly not plusnet?
