I had a new line installed for BB ADSL2+ on 8th-9th Jan. However, it still hasn't been activated yet. I have sent messages through the online question system but not received any responses.
I am being billed from the 9th of Jan for both, but only receiving one service.
I would like to know when this will be activated and what will be done to compensate for the lack of service.
