Awful awful "service"

I signed up to switch from TalkTalk to Plusnet on the 17th July. All went through fine, money was taken from my account, yet I've heard absolutely nothing since.
I've not received a router, or installation date.. nothing.
I'm disgusted by such a lack of service.

Glad we were able to get to the bottom of what had gone on here. I've just sent an email across summarising what was discussed, you'll be able to respond directly through your Member Centre here.

@Madmo26  Just to let you know it is best to log into the member centre first before using the link that @adam945  supplied. It may not work if you are not logged in.
