Awful Customer Service

Hi all, so on the 7th I laid PN 75 quid to have my broadband up and running today as I need it to work from home. No sooner had the money been taken did they cancel my engineer visit. Since then I can’t get through on the phone, they ignore all my messages and tweets and basically I have no idea what’s going on. I’m regretting using PN right now as the customer service is atrocious. Any advice? Thank you

Have you raised a complaint via the Help Assistant?

Took a while but I have now had some response.

As well as the route that @pdm suggests, have you tried ringing the Customer Options Team who are basically the sales side that you would ring to set up a contract? Their number is usually less busy and hopefully they can give you some info - the number is 0800 013 2632.

Also, have you checked via the Help assistant on the Members Centre > Manage Account if there are any tickets (often closed ones) that may shed some light?
