Thanks Gandalf!

 

I am wondering if:

1. I am paying for this service now? As i literally haven't gotten anywhere yet after placing (and assuming paying for) the service which i still don't have.

2. Receive any compensation for the data im having to buy extra as im using up all my phone tethering.

Thank you for getting back to us @jamesscdow

Your first initial payment will not start until the first service is active which will be your phone and then once the fibre is activated the gap between the two activating will be adjusted on your next monthly bill.

Unfortunately we can not refund for any third party charges incurred but once the orders are complete we can look at a goodwill gesture for you.

So to be clear - i may not get broadband in my home until next friday?

Is there anyway to expedite this process? I'm dying out here...

I have received my router. Is it possible someone can activate my account so I can start using WI-FI.

Your account is active so you should be able to connect up.
