Awaiting activation

Hi there,

 

I had an Openreach engineer round today to install a master socket. He told me that everything would be up and running within 20 minutes and the router light would turn blue, but it's been a few hours and my router is still sitting on an orange light.

Just wondered if there was anything to be done on Plusnet's end to activate, or if it's just a case of waiting.

I have checked over your account and everything is moving in the right direction. It can take up to midnight for services to activate and your orders are still showing open. 

 

Should your service not be up and running by tomorrow morning, please feel free to give us a shout and we will chase this for you.

Nevermind, I called up the help service and someone turned it on instantly.
