Awaiting a date for my broadband
I have the router but i have never been given an activation date, i have had no internet for 5 days and no confirmation when it will be activated, can somebody get back to me please with a date?

I'm really sorry for the delay with your order.
I can see one of my colleagues has chased this up with our suppliers and got back to you via Twitter earlier today.
There's further external work at the exchange that needs to be carried out which we're expecting within the next 24 hours.
Once that's been done your order should complete and you should be able to get online.
