Hi,
Please could someone assist me in cancelling my order. We had the engineer out today and it was going to be be quite a job to get a BT phone line put into the house. As such, we would like to cancel the order and will pursue other means of getting the internet.

If you wish to discuss cancelling your account you will need to contact our Customer options department on 0800 013 2632 and one of our advisors will be happy to advise you on this.
Their opening times are;
8am - 8pm, Monday - Friday
9am - 7pm, Saturday
9am - 6pm, Sunday

Hi - I have received confirmation that my order has been cancelled and that there is no fee however, I paid £252.38 upfront which included an installation which did not happen and line rental for year. Please could you arrange for the money to be refunded.

Hi Aisha,
Thank you for your assistance. I am very disappointed that I am having to chase to get my refund specifically as it's quite a reasonable amount of money. It is now 10 days since I got my confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled and still my refund has not been processed. Please could you escalate the matter.
