I booked an appointment to have the phondline and broadband fitted in my new property but it was provisional until we had confirmed date. Once we had the move date I called to change my appointment to today. I received an email confirming the order had been placed but I realised no further confirmation came through. I got an email last week (only just clicked the date) referring to the original appointment date (1/12). I have been on hold for a long time trying to find out which date is correct. I work from home so it's really important I get this sorted ASAP. Please can plusnet support help?
