Anyone out there?

Signed up for internet in August. Paid for internet since August. Still no internet. Over the last 48 hours I have spent 5 hours 52 mins on hold or calling numbers that say you’re too busy to pick up with no option to leave a message or trying to contact you/message you online. Nada. How the hell do I cancel and get out of this madness and get a refund for services you’ve charged me for but never delivered?
What an idiot I was to sign up.
Can someone help?

Still no response. Can someone please help or tell me how I speak to someone within the company? Do I need to escalate to the ombudsman?
