I was due to switch from Virgin to Plusnet. The website states there will be no engineer visits (though I have not received any email or text to confirm) and it is not showing on my account.
I can't afford a price rise (and definitely can't afford to be without internet) so will be tied into another 12 month contract. How can I cancel my planned switch to plusnet?
I have tried calling customer services and have been disconnected each time, without being able to speak to an adviser.
Please advise.
