I signed up for a service upgraded (Fibre) to start today, but a router has not been received.
The confirmation said a router was in the post for my fibre to start on the 23/07/20.
I upgraded to Fibre unlimited extra.
1)Any ideas where this router is?
2) has it been forgotten like a see a few others have?
Any help appreciated.
