Another 'no router' post

Can one of the help team please look into where my router has got to? I definitely selected to have one sent out, and I'm getting concerned that I won't be able to pay my bills on time so it's a bit urgent that it arrives. Everything else is ready to go and I'm likely going to be billed for internet I can't use.. kinda wish I had up taken talk talk's competing offer now as it was much cheaper >_<

Apologies that the router hasn't arrived. Unfortunately this doesn't appear to have been sent yet, I've made sure it's now ordered and it should arrive in the next few days. Once you've got it please post back and let us know so we can arrange a refund for any service you've paid for but not been able to use.
