Another new user waiting on activation update and hardware.

Hi. We are due to move from Sky ADSL Broadband to Plusnet Fibre tomorrow (The activation date was quoted as May 20th in the confirmation Email), however we have not heard anything since, and no hardware has been sent out/received.

 

Looks like a common and frustrating problem, but is it possible to get an update on this please.

Hi there.

I'm sorry to see we've not ordered your new router automatically sooner. Sad

I've pushed this through now and your router should be in the post via 1st class delivery very soon.

I'd expect you to receive this within the next few days. Apologies for the inconvenience caused by any break in service you may experience because of this.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
