An error has occurred

I have recently upgraded to fiber and the switchover day is today but i still have not received the new router and I'm also getting 'an error has occurred' message on my account page.

Hi there @Kaypd

This is because the upgrade isn't going through until the 1st of December, so it'll show on your account until this has gone live. Your router will be with you within 3-5 working days.
