I signed up on 7 November and opened a question on 9 November asking that my activation date be moved back from 23/24 November to 30 November. This is because I am buying a house and do not move in until 30 November. I also asked that the router be sent to my current address.
No-one's got back although apparently my router is on its way to the property that I currently don't own. Can someone look into this please?
