We have just transferred from John Lewis Broadband to Plusnet, and we have an appointment booked with Openreach in a couple of weeks time. The property does not have a post box for the Router delivery, and we need the Router delivered to an alternative address - we could not find anyway of offering a different delivery address when the original order was placed.
Is there anyway this can be accommodated?
