Advice re broadband order please

Hi, Help please - I feel like I am invisible! 
I signed up to plusnet a month ago.  My payment was processed and I was allocated a switch date of the 3/7. And that is the last I have heard from Plusnet. 
My online account is active.  I've tried to use the online chat on numerous occasions (during the stated operational hours) but am directed to call.  I call and can only access automated answering telling me my router has not been despatched yet.  I've raised a question via the help assistant but that has gone un-answered.  Can anyone give me any other methods of getting some support and a resolution, perhaps even talking to a human?!  Thanks in advance

Unfortunately a known issue seems to have affected the order being placed correctly. I'm going to make sure a member of our provisioning team picks this up and places the orders manually tomorrow so I'll make sure we come back to you then with an update. - Adam
