I've checked your order with Openreach and can see it is still committed for today so I'd expect the broadband to switch on by midnight at the latest. At this stage I can't confirm the engineer's notes or anything further as we are still within the installation window however it would not be unreasonable to suggest you can connect your router later this evening. A consistently solid blue bar on the router will suggest you are connected.
