I am changing provider from BT to Plusnet. Originally the activation date for both phone and broadband was 12/12 however the broadband changed to 13/12 the next again day. 12/12 has arrived and the line is now active but my broadband isn’t working. Disconnected the BT kit and plugged in the hub one from Plusnet but no broadband. Advisor on the phone said it would activate tomorrow but I don’t understand why bt has cut me off?! Any help?

I'm sorry to see that things haven't gone to plan.
Despite your account being activated early this morning, I can see your broadband order is still in progress for today. The activation can take anytime up to midnight as the service needs to be built/completed on several supplier systems.
