Activation

So I'm expecting my fiber plus to be activated today (29th September) and I still haven't received my router.
What am I supposed to do?

Hi ben,

Just to let you know. The router only arrived this afternoon (03/10/2017)

I asked around my friends and family on Saturday and managed to borrow a router until mine arrived.

Besides the fact the router was late the fiber is amazing.
