My activation date is today and I had an email at just after midnight last night saying my phone line is on. I know it says broadband can take up till midnight to come on but does it usually take that long?
Sorry if this sounds a bit impatient, I've just been without broadband for a month now (thanks to virgin!!) So I'm really looking forward to getting back online!!
I am sorry to hear of your delayed activation. I can see your account went live and a connection successfully established at around 7pm on Friday. Everything working as expected?
