Activation

My activation date was set to be ready by midnight on 10/09/16 but as of yet nothing to confirm it. I live in an area of poor phone signal so can't connect with the call centre to query this.

Hi,

Have you tried the live chat on there website www.plus.net/contact

 

The live chat team are based at the call centre so should be able to give you an update on this alternatively one of the Plusnet forum staff will look into this and respond to you on here soon.

I did initially try that but said the service is currently unavailable
