Activation

Hello is there any way of contacting people at plusnet as calls aren't answered. I have switched my package recently, have received my new hub and my activation date was Monday but its still not working... can't get hold of anyone at plusnet to help!!

I have the same issue. I am still using my existing router, but my date was yesterday and I don't see a way of finding out when the switch will actually happen.
