Just joined Plusnet and I received this text:
Your broadband service is due to become active by midnight on 11/12/2018.
I am a bit confused as to when exactly is the activate time. The text says 11th, will it be 00:01 on 11th or 23:59 on 11th?

Hi @a4pacific, apologies for any confusion this has caused.
The order can complete any time up until midnight (23:59) on the committed date which is actually the 10th, however the automated email/text that goes out advises midnight of the following day (00:00/00:01)
Generally speaking orders wouldn't take until that late at night to complete, so you should be online some point during the 10th, but let us know if you're still not able to get online on the 11th and we'll get that chased up for you.
