Activation query

Hi there,

Just signed up to Plusnet in my new home, and I have received my router and phone line has been activated. I've surpassed the 7 day expected date to activate my broadband (I understand that that can vary, it always does) but I'd like to know my estimated time. When I log in it tells me {strCustActivationDate} which seems like a bit of an error. Would there be any way that I'd be able to know my actual activation date?

I eagerly await getting online for the first time!

Welcome to the forums. Sorry you've had a delay, I've looked at the account and order and everything's completed. Unfortunately, the account hadn't automatically activated itself so I've manually activated it and you should now be good to go.
