Hi,
I've received my router. I'm still in my cooling off period so hopefully these two issues that I'm facing can be resolved. Unfortunately when I signed up for my broadband account I made a typo and spelled my surname wrong which is a little frustrating as I wanted to use the plusnet email. There is an extra t in it. I know that it's difficult to fix this, but I would really appreciate if it could be done.
When I look at the status of my order there seems to be an issue displaying the Activation date. It says {strCustActivationDate}
Hopefully someone will be able to look at those issues for me. I'm really looking forward to using Plusnet for my Internet and emails.
