Activation of fibre from unlimited

Fibre finally activated by Openreach this morning, but had no email or text from Plusnet to say this has taken place, and account still showing as pending. When will Plusnet system catch up?

 

Well someone must have been reading my post as I typed it - account now updated, but no notification yet confirming activation

Hi @howmuchisthat, I can see the order has indeed complete and everything updated though sorry that you didn't receive any confirmation. I'm unsure why this is and could just be a delay in the system however, I've now sent you a manual confirmation.

Lauren, Can you offer more help. Activatiopn was Ok, but my bill includes £6.99 delivery, even though I declined a new router twice and therefore have not had anything delivered.

 

Appreciate if you can sort the removal of the £6.99 from my bill please
