Before i try to call plusnet I wonder if anyone has had this experience please - my FTTP transfer was supposed to take place last Friday. I had openreach messages up until Thursday reminding me it was happening.
Friday - nothing. Plusnet account says there has been a delay
Monday - disconnected from old supplier and connected to plusnet. No email from plusnet confirming and nothing from openreach to say connected.
Today the account still says there has been a delay/broadband not yet activated. Previous supplier also seem to think i am still connected to them too which i obviously am not.
Would seem part of the order hasnt completed which effectively means i am paying for 2 services.
Has this happened to anyone else? Is this normal for plusnet?

Although you paid PN in advance your Billing period doesn't start until your service goes live.

I would suggest you call PN - only they will be able to give you an explanation, as there are multiple possible reasons for such a delay.

I just thought i would ask if anyone had a similar situation and if it resolved itself in a few days i would wait before calling.

I would certainly give them a call - the OTS system should not work this way.
