Activation is today

Hi,
My activation is today phone line has dial tone but not activated. The router flashes orange and has red b symbol turned it on and off a few times.
Tried Customer Support said us the forum.
Please help.

broadband is now active but can’t make calls
Phone is plugged into the same filter as the router.
