my fibre extra service is due to go live today but i have still not received my router?
The tracker says everything is in hand but it does not seem that way.
What should i do now?

I can see you've spoken with our support team today who have manually ordered the router for you.
We'll get that to you as soon as possible and once you've received it we'll refund you for the time you've been unable to connect to the internet
